Yu Sheng majored in judo at National Taiwan Sports University. His interest in massage began when he and his judo teammates had to help massage one another after gruelling training sessions. He obtained his Sports Massage Therapist licence in Taiwan, and went on to obtain the ITEC Level 3 Holistic Massage Diploma and the ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage Diploma. To further strengthen his techniques, he is currently pursuing the ITEC Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage. He believes sports massage is beneficial to all and not just athletes because daily activities can also cause muscle aches and pain. To keep fit, he jogs, does judo and plays badminton.
